We continue our discussion on the ”Just War Theory.” In this episode, we discuss what the Catechism of the Catholic Church teaches about this serious matter and how secular theorists also adopted this tradition. Of course, balance lang ang usapan so we also discuss criticisms from postmodern philosophers like Michel Foucault, Jacques Derrida, Jean-François Lyotard, and the radical pacifists while also trying to see how Aquinas would respond. After this episode, we ask you: are there ”just wars”?
