A religious of the Society of Saint Paul, currently assigned as missionary in Italy. He studied Psychology and Philosophy in the Philippines and he did his Theological studies in Milan, Italy, and his Masters in Social Communications in the Università Pontificia Salesiana in Rome, Italy.
